마스크 구매 대란 , 외국인은 외국인 등록증과 건강 보험증 제시해야만...

<조니타이 서울생활> 오늘부터 서울지역에도 일반 동네 약국에서 마스크를 판매한다고 해서 나왔다.  그런데 이미 품절되었다. 그런데 주재원 및 한국에 주재하고 있는 외국인은 외국인등록증과 함께 건강 보험증을 함께 제시해야만 구입할수 있다고 한다.  그리고 생년월일과 구입 가능날짜를 요일별로 확인해야한다. 헐 ㅠㅠ
